We currently do not offer returns on any of our products. If you have any questions on a product you received contact us over at therootremedy@gmail.com. We will gladly exchange the item for you within 7 business days. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for an exchange, you will need to send photos of the damaged item and send them to, therootremedy@gmail.com. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
